This class is just right for you! It will consist of (5) sessions and a “pre-class” session. The pre-class session will help you in picking out your fabrics and getting organized the Judy Niemeyer way. The first full sewing session will begin with an explanation of cutting the pattern and fabric out correctly and then starting to do the paper piecing. Those that need a little assistance with paper piecing, like the flying geese, etc. will receive help from the instructor in getting started. But this class is not for total beginners to paper piecing. You must have a working knowledge of paper piecing or have taken the beginners class taught by Carl. The later sewing sessions will include, putting the sections together, how make perfect centers when putting those sections together, quilting the top (possibly with clear thread?), and then doing an “inside miter” corner on the binding.
