My First Quilt Project, a Beginner's Class

Are you a beginning quilter? Looking to improve your skills? Then this class is for you! By the end of our six sessions, you will have learned the basic skills of contemporary quiltmaking: fabric selection and care, rotary cutting, accurate piecing, piecing your back and sandwiching the quilt, quilting with a walking foot, and binding. The class project is a finished quilt that measures 73 x 73 and a table runner. See the sample in the shop.
We will have a class prep session on Saturday, January 24.
This prep session will cover tools, fabric requirements, and any questions you might have; please bring a notepad and writing implement.
We will not be sewing at the prep session.
