Beginning Quilting Fundamentals

Learn the fundamentals of quilt piecing using modern rotary cutting tools and techniques.
Learn to make seven basic blocks consisting of three of the most basic shapes quilters work with all the time: squares, rectangles, and triangles.
Make a 40" x 40" Sampler Quilt composed of twenty five 6" x 6" finished quilt blocks.
Required:
Book - "Start Quilting with Alex Anderson (3rd edition)"
Sewing machine and accessories, 1/4" foot will be extremely helpful (know how to thread, wind bobbin, change needle, oil)
Bring your Machine, tread, needle, etc to first class. Tools will also be discussed in Class 1
Fabric for Sampler Quilt (page 41 in book)
