Intro to ScanNCut DX
A 3-session primer on the nuts and bolts of the new ScanNCut DX. Learn about the accessories, the new auto-blade, how to use it with various materials, weeding, tools you might need, how the new roll feeder works, etc.
Class 1: Intro - Basics
- ScanNCut mats and various uses for each
- Different vinyls
- Overview of ScanNCut settings, and the Autoblade!!
- Setting up an account for Canvas, Brother's online design app
- Difference in Direct Cut, and Scan to Cut Data
- Background ON/OFF
- Learn how to assemble roll feeder
- Cut designs using the roll feeder
- Design banners and projects up to 72" long
This class is free for those who purchased their ScanNCut DX from Heavenly Stitches. If you did not purchase your ScanNCut from Heavenly Stitches the class fee is $30 per class, to be paid in-store.
Supplies:
- ScanNCut DX and accessories, including cord, mats, tools etc. (If in doubt, bring it anyway!)
- Laptop & mouse
- Roll Feeder for class #3
